We recently returned from a vacation week in Kauai, and the
experience was wonderful! Even though we own a timeshare and the
suite was at no cost, the remainder of the trip including airfare,
car rental, golf tee times, and tours were all arranged immaculately
by Terri. She even gave us great recommendations for dinner
reservations at places we wouldn't have thought about. The dinner at
the Tidepools at the Grand Hyatt was really exceptional! Thomas V. July 6, 2008 I have been working with Teri at DreamCatcher for six years now! This year was to be a very special trip back to Hawaii with my boyfriend and my parents. Teri planned the perfect visit, down to the dinner reservations! But the reason I wanted to write this letter was because of what Teri “did for us”, that was far, far beyond my expectations! Two months before our trip, my boyfriend and I broke up. Besides the obvious, I was at a loss as to what could be done about “the trip”, and his portion of the reservation. I called Teri, totally upset and not knowing what to do next?! In a matter of days she had “replaced” him with a great friend of mine… just like that! No penalties, no hassles, as if it were just not a problem! I know it was, and I know she must have called in some favors! But it is that kind of special attention and personal service that she offers all of her clients! It’s because of those things I would never consider “booking myself”… ever! Thank you once again!
P. Rood August 9, 2008 My wife and I, as well as family, and friends have used Teri at DreamCatcher since 1999. Teri always tries to find the best value for the dollar; if she can find a 6-star for a 4-star price then she is in heaven. Our first trip using Teri was to Oahu for the Millennium. Teri found a great deal of $1,200 per person for 10 days including airfare. She put the package together for over ten people. The hotel Teri put us at you literally walked out of the lobby on to the beach. It was a great family vacation, lying on the beach Christmas day and the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Since then, Teri has booked many Hawaiian trips for us. Including my honeymoon at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental and my sister’s wedding at Turtle Bay on North Shore. With the wedding, we again asked Teri to book many different couples. She developed unique packages that suited everyone’s needs. The wedding came off without a hitch, which is due in part to Teri’s help. The trip was great. However, the Turtle Bay was in the middle of construction at the time of the wedding. Everyone had a great room and view except my wife and I who had a view of the backhoes. When Teri, heard about the room the hotel placed us in she called the manager and we were upgraded to a corner suite. Teri had also booked a luau at a popular tourist site for us, we had paid for VIP seating; however, that is not what we received. Teri called the company and when they would not make it right, she gave every couple that had gone a $50 credit. Teri has also booked Las Vegas getaways for me, including a great weekend at THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay. We lost money gambling, but that is not Teri’s fault. When we expressed an interest in trying an all-inclusive package, Teri suggested the Moon Palace in Cancun. The trip consisted of three couples; the two couples that got to go had a great time. The other couple had an unexpected addition to their family that was only a month old at the time of the trip. Teri took care of everything for them, including rebooking for a later date at no extra cost to the couple. We have an upcoming trip to Maui this September, which Teri put together for us. My wife and I were out of town when Aloha airlines went out of business. Teri could not reach us, but she took care of everything making sure we were booked with Hawaiian Airlines. The service Teri provides you cannot get with an Internet site. She is always just a phone call away and ready to help with any vacation issues. My wife and I will continue to use Teri for our vacation needs. Our family has enjoyed unbelievable trips to Maui and Kauai, and it was DreamCatcher that introduced us to the incomparable Disney Cruise Line! We loved our first cruise to Mexico so much that we were barely back on land when we booked our next one for the Caribbean! The time we spend together as a family when we are on vacation is priceless, and we wouldn’t trust anyone but DreamCatcher to plan our trips!
