The State of Hawaii was re-opened in October 2020 to mainland visitors, and all islands are accepting visitors as of April 2021. If you are fully vaccinated, you may enter the state with no restrictions after downloading your vaccination card to the Safe Travels Hawaii website. Unvaccinated visitors are still welcome with a negative COVID-19 test result.
